چکیده
Abstract— Cancer is the leading cause of death in the world, in which the natural mechanism of cell growth and proliferation is disrupted. Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor among women worldwide. Breast cancer is caused by the proliferation and abnormal growth of breast tissue cells such as ductal lining cells, mammary glands or milk-producing lobules. BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes are involved in 5 to 10% of hereditary cases. MCF7 cell line was obtained in 1970 from a patient with metastatic cancer, which is considered as an in vitro model for the study of estrogen receptor-positive breast cancer. MCF7 cell line is a relatively large adherent cell . When grown in vitro, the cell has the ability to process estradiol through cytoplasmic estrogen receptors and form domed forms. Apoptosis is programmed cell death and plays an important role in killing unwanted cells. This process helps maintain cellular homeostasis, so if not properly regulated, it can seriously affect health. Escape from cell death is a hallmark of cancer. Cell death can occur by mechanisms such as necrosis and autophagy. However, apoptosis cell death regulators are currently considered to have significant potential as therapeutic targets for cancer. The production of the apoptotic factor BCL2, in particular the suppression of cell death, is important for the survival of tumor cells. Solid lipid nanoparticles (SLN) are colloidal systems that are stabilized in aqueous solution by emulsifiers. This nanosystem has advantages as a carrier of material delivery such as stability, controlled release kinetics, tolerance and protection against unstable materials with low toxicity. Several sulfonamide derivatives have been studied as anti-cancer agents that have been shown to have significant anti-cancer activity. In this study, SLN nanoparticles containing sulfonamide derivative (ZM_93) Aiming to evaluate the anti-apoptotic effect were studied and treated to affect the inhibitory effects of MCF 7 cells, and changes in BCL2 protein expression were investigated using Western blotting. The changes achieved have a decreasing and inhibitory process. Finally, the nanoparticles studied as an anti-cancer agent can be further investigated in vitro or in vivo.کليدواژه ها
